This position allows you to connect with customers nationwide and match them with the most qualified Health Insurance carrier for their lifestyle. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and closing new business, building relationships with customers, and having a GREAT TIME DOING IT!

Responsibilities:

• Paid training and mentorships for employees who want to pursue their career goals.
• Uncapped commission
• Qualify and recommend coverage based on clients' needs
• We train you with no previous experience or license is required
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Manage customer expectations, engage customers in a timely fashion, and demonstrate the ability to assess customer satisfaction.
• Become a subject matter expert in terms of insurance policies and their benefits.
• Establish a collaborative relationship with coworkers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
